Health Professionals International Limited is a New Zealand registered retained search company formed to fill specific recruitment needs for the international healthcare industry.

Our services are specialized in the ongoing recruitment for highly qualified, experienced and dedicated healthcare professionals within all specialties of medicine, nursing and technical support. Our services are extended to healthcare providers in New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom and North America.

We conduct our searches targeting specific regions globally to ensure that our candidates have the most optimal qualifications and certification to meet the registration requirements in the hiring client’s country. We seek a  minimum two-year commitment, with the intention of securing longer term assignments where feasible.

Locum candidates are also provided if required by the client.

Retained search is a committed partnership between the client and Health Professionals International to locate and recruit the most suitable candidate for the position required. It is a focused search process with a fixed budget for the client. The search is not complete until the position is filled.

Health Professionals International Ltd is set up to provide service to both hiring client and successful candidates at best practice levels. All successful candidates are assisted with the registration process, immigration requirements and familiarization in relocation.

The hiring client has the satisfaction of knowing that these details are covered as a part of our service, and in the interest of a seamless transition for all involved.

We provide a full relocation service.

The successful candidate knows that we will be there to meet and greet them on arrival and provide full support throughout their entire contract, as they become part of the HPI family.
